Totte’s Photography Plans — Features & Details

1

No Extra Fees for Group Size

撮影人数による追加料金はありません

There’s no maximum number of people in a session, and no extra fee for larger groups — whether it’s a multi-generation family or a shoot with several families.
For groups of 10 or more, we recommend booking a 1.5- or 2-hour plan so everyone can be comfortably photographed.

2

Flexible Locations Within the Session Time

ロケーション写真

You can change shooting locations within your booked session time, as long as they’re within the same city. Travel time is included in your session, but combinations like your hotel and a nearby park or two to three autumn spots in Jozankei are possible.

3

Weather Check & Rescheduling

天候写真

We check the weather forecast the day before your session and will contact you if we think rescheduling might be needed.
If postponement isn’t possible due to your travel plans, we’ll do our best to adjust the session time to avoid the worst weather, so you can still enjoy your photoshoot.

4

Receive All Your Photos

写真データ

You’ll receive all usable photos from your session, excluding any closed-eye shots or other unusable images.
Photos will be uploaded to a cloud storage service, and you’ll receive a download link to access them, making it easy to share with family and friends.

5

Professionally Edited Images

スタイリング写真

All photos are captured in high-quality RAW format and delivered as JPEGs.
Each image is carefully edited for brightness, color, and skin tone, with delivery typically taking 3–4 weeks.

6

No Extra Travel Fees Within Sapporo

北海道地図

We do not charge additional travel fees for locations within Sapporo (including Teine and Jozankei), and for shoots outside the city, we can travel anywhere in Hokkaido for a small additional fee based on distance.

Photographer

代表者写真

Hello, my name is Tota Yamada, the founder of totte_photography.
I began my career at a photography studio in Sapporo, capturing weddings, photo weddings, families, and portraits, before starting my own business in the fall of 2018.

Today, I photograph a wide range of sessions — from on-location shoots and bridal portraits to Shichi-Go-San and coming-of-age ceremonies. In recent years, inbound photography for visitors to Hokkaido has also grown significantly.

My style is relaxed and conversational. I rarely ask clients to “smile for the camera.” Instead, I capture natural moments as they unfold, creating photos that reflect the joy of the experience itself.

FAQ

What Happens if the Weather Is Bad?
We check the forecast the day before and decide whether it’s possible to proceed. If rescheduling isn’t an option due to travel, we’ll adjust the session time to avoid the worst of the weather. For light rain or mild wind, sessions usually continue as planned.
How Many People Are Included in the Plan?
We don’t set a strict limit on group size, so large groups or multiple families are always welcome without any extra fees.
If you’d like to capture a variety of groupings—such as each family separately, children only, or couple portraits—we recommend booking a 1.5-hour session or longer to ensure there’s enough time for everyone.
Can We Shoot at Two Locations?
Yes, as long as travel time fits within your booked session. For example, with a 120-minute plan, you could spend 45 minutes at home, 15 minutes traveling, and 60 minutes in a park. The required time depends on the shoot content, so please feel free to consult us.
Is There a Cancellation Fee?
Client-Initiated Cancellations
