Coverage from the final moments of preparation through rehearsal and ceremony.
Group photos with family and friends are also possible.

Coverage from one hour before the reception until the farewell, approx. 4 hours in total.

Shrine Ceremony Plan
Includes kimono preparation at a Sapporo rental shop, ceremony coverage, plus a 30-minute shrine location shoot.

No travel fee within Sapporo.
Facility & Permit Fees
Some locations may require entry or photography permit fees. In such cases, please cover the actual costs for both yourself and our staff.
In Case of Bad Weather
If the forecast predicts poor weather the day before, we will assess whether the session can proceed and discuss rescheduling. There are no rescheduling fees for photography itself. However, for outfits, hair & makeup, or location permits already arranged, the provider’s change fees will apply.
Western Outfit Rentals
plans that include outfits, rentals are arranged through Sapporo Soeur. If renting from Soeur is not possible, we can introduce partner shops in other regions of Japan, including outside Hokkaido. Using non-Soeur shops may incur additional costs. Please note that outfit rentals are subject to each shop’s policies and terms.
Japanese Outfit Rentals
plans that include traditional outfits, rentals are arranged through Sapporo Soeur.
Payment
For pre-wedding and wedding photography, please make full payment by bank transfer at least two weeks before the session. Bank transfer fees are the client’s responsibility. Any additional charges can be settled in cash on the day.
Cancellation Policy
※If outfits are rented, cancellation fees from the rental shop will also apply.
※Fees already paid for parks or facilities cannot be refunded.
How It Works

Contact us via the inquiry page or by email with your preferred session details and date. We’ll reply within three business days.
2. Confirmation & Booking
Even a rough idea is fine—feel free to share your requests or questions and we’ll work out the details together.
3. Photo Day
We’ll capture your special moments with care, in a way that reflects who you are as a couple.
4. Photo Delivery
Around 3–4 weeks after the shoot, we’ll send a download link to your email with all your photo data.
